Down Yonder is an exclusive restoration and renovation outfit working across North Idaho, from Sandpoint to Coeur d’Alene. We take on properties that are worth doing right: estates, rentals, cabins, and log and timber homes.

I’m Ryan Clawson, a combat veteran with real time in the trades and years running small teams in high-stakes situations. That shows in how we work: clear plan, disciplined execution, no panic, no excuses.
